Reserve A Table

Please read the terms and conditions full before proceeding with the bookings. A booking fee of R100 is paid on booking and will be credited to your bill of food and drinks when you visit the restaraunt. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By making an online booking through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your booking.

  1. Booking Process

2.1. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, date, time, and the number of guests.

2.2. You must be of legal age to make a reservation.

2.3. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and phone number for communication.

  1. Cancellation and Modification

3.1. You may cancel or modify your reservation by contacting us directly, adhering to our cancellation policy.

3.2. Our cancellation policy may include cancellation fees, which you will be responsible for if applicable.

  1. No-Show Policy

4.1. If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. Failure to show up for your reservation with 30minutes will result in in a no show and no refund will be issued for the booking fee.

  1. Arrival and Seating

5.1. Please arrive on time for your reservation. We may not be able to guarantee your reservation if you arrive significantly later than the reserved time. You should arrive within in 30minutes of your actual reservation time.

5.2. We will do our best to accommodate specific seating requests, but they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  1. Special Requests

6.1. If you have special dietary requirements or other requests, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee availability.

7.1. Prices for menu items and services may vary and are subject to change without notice.

7.2. Payment is typically made in-person at the restaurant unless otherwise specified during the booking process.

7.3. A booking fee of R100 is payable on booking and will be credited to your bill when you visit the restaurant.

3.1. For group reservations of [10] or more guests, a longer cancellation notice of [24] hours/ may be required, and different cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly for group reservation cancellation policies.

3.1. A “no-show” is defined as a reservation where the party fails to arrive without prior notice. In the event of a no-show, the booking fee is non-refundable. Failure to show up after 30minutes has passed will be considered a no-show.

5.1. If you need to modify the date, time, or number of guests for your reservation, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
